How much does treatment cost?
Because cosmetic injectable medicines are prescription-only in Australia, specific treatment details and costs are discussed during a private consultation, where it's appropriate, informed and transparent. Once Sammy has assessed your face and understood your goals, she'll give you a clear quote so you can make an informed decision. No guessing, no surprises. Which treatments do you offer?
Sammy focuses on softening lines and wrinkles, including forehead, frown lines, crow's feet and other areas of concern. She also offers lip fillers. We can't name specific products publicly, as prescription medicines can't be advertised by brand in Australia, but we only use approved, regulated products. Sammy will talk you through what suits you at your consultation, or for a general idea beforehand, book a free phone chat if you'd like to know more first.
I'm nervous. What should I expect?
That's completely normal, and most people feel exactly the same. Sammy talks through your options, including the potential risks and side effects, and goes at your pace. Recovery and how long results last vary from person to person, and Sammy will give you a realistic picture for you during your consultation. Sammy is an AHPRA-registered nurse with over 10 years' clinical experience, and your safety and comfort always come first.
Why do I need a consultation first?
Treating you with care means understanding your face before touching it. Your consultation is where Sammy listens first, then assesses your face at rest and in motion, and designs a plan that's right for you. It's also a legal requirement for prescription treatments. Keeping treatment to a separate visit gives you time to ask questions, understand your plan and cost, and think it over with zero pressure. Even if you've had treatment elsewhere before, Sammy needs to assess you herself rather than assume.
What if I'm not sure what I need, or not sure yet at all?
You don't need to know what to ask for. That's exactly what the consultation is for, and you don't need to decide anything on the day. Sammy will guide you through what would suit you, at your pace. Many clients are first-timers who come in just to understand their options, and you'll never be made to feel silly or vain.

10B Highfield Road, Chadstone, a private clinic in a quiet residential setting, with easy parking. Open Monday to Friday 4pm–8pm and Saturday 10am–3pm.
